Cryogenic Valve Actuated Tyre Globe Extended Stem

It has an S-shaped design that aids in an optimized and streamlined flow of cryogenic liquid and gases. All actuated CVT head-works are fitted with graphite sealing packings and with graphite- body and bonnet joints. The valve is controlled by a pneumatic tyre. Air is applied to the tyre which by design inflates and opens the valve. Once air is released the internal springs close the valve to give a tight shut off with metal-to-metal dual sealing disc design. Optional extras can be added to the valve to give weather protection to the valve and manual override function. The valve is cleaned and de-greased for all oxygen service applications. The specifications include a maximum working pressure of 50 bar or 725 psi, maximum temperature of +120-degree celsius, minimum temperature of -196 degree celsius. It is accredited to standard marking according to the Pressure equipment directive.

The actuator operating pressure is 6 Bar.
